Preventive Maintenance

We believe that preventative maintenance is the key to preserving your cart.

We put all of our carts through a thorough 11-point (12 for gas units) inspection prior to being sold. We check the following items during our inspection:

  1. Motors & Starter Generators - Inspect and clean, check brushes for wear.
  2. Batteries - Check electrolyte level and test, add water as required. Replace if the batteries do not hold adequate charge or at the customers request.
  3. Battery Cage - Inspect, clean & neutralize battery acid.
  4. Charger - Examine male and female plugs for proper connection. Repair charger as needed or at the customers' request.
  5. Tires - Check pressure, examine for cuts and excessive wear.
  6. Wheel Alignment - Adjust as required.
  7. Brakes - Check cables, remove brake drums, clean and adjust as required.
  8. Differential - Check and fill to proper level, check rear axle bearings and seals.
  9. Steering & Control Linkages - Check for proper operation and lubricate.
  10. Accelerator Switch - Check for proper operation and lubricate.
  11. Forward-Reverse Switch - Remove, clean and lubricate
  12. Gas Engines (4 Cycle) - Tune and clean. Check filters, belts, cables, clutches, and compression. Change oil, clean oil filter, adjust valves, and check spark plugs.

This service is also available for everyone at a rate of $59.95 for electric carts and $89.95 for gas carts.
